Entrepreneur Cooperative is hiring a Financial Controller (contract) for a fully remote role based in Guatemala, reporting to the CFO and responsible for owning the general ledger, managing month-end close, financial reporting, cash management, compliance, and supervising AP/AR and bookkeeping as the company transitions from outsourced accounting to an in-house finance function. The role is full-time, contractor-based with a three-month trial period, requires advanced English and QuickBooks experience, and prefers candidates with accounting process improvement, project accounting software, and experience in construction or high-end design industries.
