Business Changers is hiring a Financial Controller to oversee financial operations, financial reporting, month-end and year-end closing, financial policies and internal controls, budgeting, compliance with Italian regulations, strategic financial planning, external auditor collaboration, and financial systems optimization. The role is based in Rome or nearby areas, requires office presence three days per week, and demands a degree in Economics or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of finance or accounting experience, advanced financial analysis, ERP and Excel skills, strong communication, and fluency in Italian and English.
