Description
The Financial Controller manages the Finance and Accounting department for Suprajit-Wescon Controls Division and its USA parent, including financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, treasury management, reconciliations, consolidations, and financial controls. The role directly supervises a team of five and requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification, at least five years of accounting managerial experience, five years supervising direct reports, ERP experience, and manufacturing-accounting experience. The position may require late hours, weekend closings, international conference calls, and occasional travel to Matamoros, Mexico, or Toronto, Canada.
