Description
The City of Gothenburg’s Compulsory School Administration is hiring a Financial Controller to support accounting, financial closing, regulatory compliance, financial analysis, accounts receivable and accounts payable, and process improvement. The role may include coordinating accounting work and providing methodological support to colleagues, without personnel responsibility. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field with at least 180 higher education credits, recent experience in qualified accounting and financial closing in a larger or complex organization, and strong analytical and communication skills. Public-sector, education-sector, financial-systems, automation, data-visualization, and process-management experience are desirable.
