Orange Investments is hiring a full-time Financial Coordinator for Real Estate in San Pedro, Garza García, Nuevo León. The role supports the financial feasibility and end-to-end financial management of real estate development projects, including cash flows, projections, monthly monitoring, variance control, and coordination with banks and financial institutions. The coordinator will also report to clients and investors, track multiple active projects, and perform financial modeling, feasibility analysis, capital structuring, and profitability analysis. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics and at least two years of financial management experience in real estate projects are required; experience with banking institutions or real estate investment funds is preferred.
