Description
Zopa is hiring a Financial Crime Strategy Manager to shape and evolve its financial crime framework. Reporting to the Head of Financial Crime, the role leads strategic initiatives across transaction monitoring, screening, KYC, customer risk assessment, SARs, and control optimisation; partners with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and senior stakeholders; and mentors colleagues. The position requires significant experience leading financial crime strategy, controls, or operations in banking, fintech, payments, or regulated financial services, along with expertise in financial crime disciplines and the UK regulatory landscape. It is a hybrid role requiring attendance at the London office two to three days per week, with an option to work from abroad for up to 120 days per year.
