Pathward is hiring a Financial Crimes Quality Assurance (QA) Sr. Analyst to support and improve the second line of defense quality assurance program across BSA/AML, sanctions, and fraud. The role performs quality checks, coaching, calibration, issue validation, QA reporting, complex oversight reviews, and continuous-improvement work, while partnering with the QA Manager. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5–8+ years of progressive financial crimes experience, including oversight or quality assurance of financial crimes functions. The role is hybrid and remote-office, with onsite locations in Sioux Falls, Phoenix, Louisville, Troy, Franklin, and Easton, and a salary range of $50,000–$84,000.
