Cognyte is hiring a hybrid Data Analyst with a strong finance background for its R&D Hub in Bar Lev. The role analyzes complex financial and transactional datasets with SQL, investigates data-quality discrepancies and reconciliation breaks, builds matching and validation processes, develops BI dashboards and reports, and partners with Product, Engineering, and business teams to automate recurring analyses. Candidates need at least three years of relevant data-analysis experience, strong SQL, financial-domain knowledge, Python with Pandas, BI tools, and strong analytical and communication skills; experience in AML, fraud, risk, financial crime, OSINT, distributed data technologies, Superset, data warehouses, ETL, and Git is beneficial.
