The role assists with demos, strategic trials, training, adoption, custom templates, product feedback, escalations involving Excel Add-ins and modeling solutions, and relationship building with institutional investors and financial services clients. Candidates should have a finance background or 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and familiarity with the institutional investor landscape.
