Baker Tilly is hiring a Financial Due Diligence and Valuation Analyst to support financial due-diligence reviews, financial modelling for business valuations and transactions, M&A and corporate restructuring projects, company and asset valuations, and annual and group financial statement audits. The role is based at one of the firm’s 10 locations across Germany and requires a university degree in business administration, economics, auditing, accounting, auditing/revision, or controlling, or a comparable qualification; internship or working-student experience is desirable, along with very good German and good English skills.
