O-I is hiring participants for its three-year Financial Leadership Development Program, which prepares high-potential talent for leadership roles in accounting and finance. The program includes rotations through Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, Plant Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Internal Audit, with a required US manufacturing-plant rotation and two additional rotations in Perrysburg, Ohio.
