Description
The Business Operations Manager supports Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works Finance and Business Operations organization by integrating data across program finance, master planning, estimating, contracts, engineering, supply chain, and other functions. The role manages internal financial performance and external earned-value reporting, assesses risks and opportunities, develops action plans, partners with customers and stakeholders, supports new-business proposals, and contributes to strategic business cases. It requires progressive experience in business operations, process improvement, or project management, along with multi-functional leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills, and collaboration without direct authority. The position offers a full-time salary range of $72,500 to $134,600 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
