Description
The Operations Analyst tracks and reports project performance against budget and schedule across production, production support, and logistics subcontractor departments. The role updates the Integrated Master Schedule, revises estimates to complete, performs earned-value variance analyses, maintains baselines with Program Planning and Program Finance, consolidates data, and supports proposal development, basis of estimate, and negotiations. The position requires manufacturing or integration experience, ERP and Excel skills, analytical and communication abilities, and on-site availability four days per week.
