Description
The Program Finance Analyst performs financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance and trend analysis, financial consolidation, reporting, earned-value management, and data-quality process development for program and control-account finance. The role supports proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, and provides subject-matter expertise to stakeholders. It requires a bachelor's degree, 8 years of accounting or finance experience, 4 years of EVMS experience, DoD Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship, with work on-site in Fort Worth, Texas or Palmdale, California.
