Lockheed Martin is hiring a Staff Financial Analyst to lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for a portfolio of programs, including Guam and CSEA Next. The role partners with program leadership, develops financial plans and executive presentations, analyzes performance and risks, improves financial processes, and advises business leaders. It requires advanced financial planning knowledge, cross-functional leadership, independent executive-level analysis, and proficiency with SAP, Hyperion, and Excel; portfolio-level FP&A, advanced Excel, process improvement, FAR-based contracts, and decision-influence experience are desired. The position offers a flexible 4X10 schedule and full-time compensation ranging from $80,200 to $206,800 depending on the geographic zone.
