Description
The Business Operations Manager supports Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works Finance and Business Operations organization by integrating data across program finance, master planning, estimating, contracts, engineering, supply chain, and other functions. The role manages internal financial performance and external earned-value reporting, assesses risks and opportunities, develops action plans, partners with customers and stakeholders, supports new-business proposals, and contributes to strategic business cases. It requires progressive experience in business operations, process improvement, or project management, along with multi-functional leadership and analytical skills; travel may be required up to 10% of the time. The full-time salary range is $89,100 to $165,500, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
