Graybar is hiring a Financial Management Trainee to develop knowledge of financial management in the electrical distribution business through hands-on learning and interaction with financial and branch management teams. The role involves evaluating prospective customers, assisting with customer accounts and collections, completing training, participating in special projects, researching best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. A high school diploma or GED is required, while a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field, distribution experience, and knowledge of finance, commercial law, and business administration are preferred. The position offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule and pays $25.00 per hour depending on experience.
