Description
The role leads the Financial Planning and Analysis function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, management close, KPI monitoring, financial modeling, business cases, and executive reporting. It also acts as a financial business partner, supports strategic projects, improves financial processes, and leads the FP&A team. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, extensive FP&A or related experience, team-management experience, advanced Excel and financial-analysis skills, and experience with BI, ERP, and data visualization tools.
