Description
The FP&A Analyst supports financial planning, performance analysis, and decision support for GCC’s multi-product construction materials business. The role leads annual budgets, rolling forecasts, long-range and capital budgets; partners with operations, commercial, sales, accounting, and leadership teams; analyzes cost drivers and variances; monitors operational and financial KPIs; and develops dashboards and executive reports. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of FP&A or related experience, advanced Excel and ERP skills, and domestic travel of up to 10–15%.
