Unlock Health is hiring an FP&A Analyst to support monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, financial reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, headcount and expense planning, profitability analysis, and scenario modeling. The role collaborates with Accounting, Finance, and business stakeholders, prepares management presentations, and helps automate and improve financial processes. Candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong Excel and communication skills, and experience with planning, business intelligence, ERP, or data warehouse systems.
