CPI Security is hiring a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial reporting, variance analysis, strategic analysis, and executive decision support. The role is hands-on and player-coach, requiring the director to build financial models, improve forecasting and reporting through automation and analytics, partner with business and technology teams, and manage and develop a Senior Financial Analyst. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 7–10+ years of FP&A or related experience, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, and experience with ERP, planning, BI, or reporting systems.
