Description
The role leads strategic financial planning and analysis, including budgets, long-range forecasts, financial models, capital structure, M&A and IPO readiness, reporting, variance analysis, dashboards, KPIs, and financial process improvement. It requires at least eight years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience, four years of leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong modeling, analytical, communication, and business-partnering skills; office-based work with occasional travel is specified.
