PubMatic is hiring a Finance Manager for its Go-to-Market finance team in Redwood City, California. The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to own annual budgets, rolling forecasts, revenue planning, financial modeling, cohort and supply-path analysis, dashboards, and commercial decision support. It requires 5–8 years of progressive FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance experience, including at least 2 years supporting a GTM organization, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative field. The position follows a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working remotely, and offers a total compensation range of $145,000–$165,000 USD plus bonus and benefits.
