Description
Base is hiring a Financial Planning Intern to support its finance team with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and business decision-making. The intern will work with financial and operational data, validate information with finance and accounting teams, and help improve reporting and planning processes. The role is intended for someone currently pursuing a relevant degree and possessing strong analytical, quantitative, spreadsheet, and communication skills; experience with financial modeling, SQL, BI tools, or AI agent orchestration is a plus but not required.
