Description
Equitable Advisors is recruiting Wealth Managers to build client relationships, develop personalized financial strategies, and consult on financial products and services. The role requires in-office presence, a bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience, and specified state and FINRA licenses; FINRA sponsorship and a 120-day hands-on training program are provided. After completing the preliminary employment period, eligible professionals receive biweekly stable pay of $24,000 annually for up to 24 months, plus commissions and bonuses, and access to health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
