FlyAkeed is hiring a Financial Reporting Assistant Manager to support the preparation, review, analysis, and compliance of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. The role includes financial statement and management reporting, IFRS/GAAP compliance, year-end closing, audit coordination, financial modeling and valuation support, process improvement, stakeholder presentations, and mentoring junior team members. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 8–12 years of relevant experience, at least 3 years in an audit firm, strong financial reporting and analysis skills, advanced Excel and ERP proficiency, and preferably FM&V experience and CMA certification.
