Description
UW Medicine is hiring a Financial Reporting Manager to lead financial reporting policy, technical accounting, audits, and consolidated reporting across UW Medicine Select Units and Harborview. The role oversees monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting; researches and presents technical accounting positions; supports new accounting standard adoption; manages consolidation and eliminations; and owns accounting for leases under GASB 87 and subscription-based IT arrangements under GASB 96. It requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience), plus at least five years of financial reporting and accounting experience and in-depth U.S. GAAP knowledge. The position is regular, full-time, first shift, with an annual salary range of $125,004 to $160,008.
