Description
The Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Programme (FSTEP) is a 3+9 month graduate training program at United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd. The program aims to develop talents transitioning into the financial services industry by providing comprehensive training and hands-on experience. Trainees will participate in a three-month training program followed by a nine-month on-the-job attachment within various business units such as Retail Banking, Operations, Compliance, Technology & Operations, or Corporate Banking. They will support daily operations, assist with data analysis and reporting, collaborate on project improvements, and learn banking fundamentals and digital tools.
