Description
The Financial Services Controller will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, internal controls, cash flow, investments, and financial risk for KW Property Management & Consulting. The role manages the accounting department, mentors team members, supports executive leadership and association boards, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. It is an in-office, full-time position requiring a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and at least eight years of related experience; CPA or CMA designation is preferred.
