Description
AgWest Farm Credit is hiring current college students for a full-time, 10–12-week internship in its financial services business, with final interviews scheduled for October through November 2026. Interns will receive a designated coach, an individual research project, and a formal learning guide while being exposed to credit/lending, crop insurance, country home lending, and appraisal. The internship pays $22.00 per hour and may include a housing stipend for interns needing temporary housing. Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, have related coursework, and demonstrate communication, analytical, computer, and teamwork skills; agricultural background is desirable but not required. The program is available in multiple locations across Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington, and applicants must provide proof of work authorization in the United States.
