Equitable Advisors is recruiting Wealth Managers to build and nurture client relationships, develop personalized financial strategies, recommend financial products and services, and track portfolio progress. The role requires in-office presence, a bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and experience, and state Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licensing. Equitable Advisors provides FINRA sponsorship, a 120-day hands-on Preliminary Employment Period, mentorship, coaching, and access to professional development programs. After completing the PEP, eligible professionals receive biweekly stable pay of $35,500 annually for up to 24 months, plus commissions and bonuses, and may participate in health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
