ALAIKA is hiring for a high-responsibility advisory role in its Munich-headquartered financial services firm, focused on strategic and technology challenges for leading financial services clients across Strategy, Data & AI, and Cybersecurity. The role emphasizes ownership, speed, leadership, business development, and firm-building, with partner-track potential from day one and an expected path to partner in about 7–9 years for strong performers. Candidates are expected to combine strong academics, analytical rigor, commercial judgment, persuasive communication, and early high-pressure experience, ideally with exposure to data and AI, and fluency in English and German.
