Description
Netsmart is seeking a healthcare revenue-cycle consultant to design and lead financial solution strategies for healthcare organizations using Netsmart technologies. The role partners with clients on billing, reimbursement, compliance, workflow, system, data, and implementation requirements; translates needs into scalable solutions; guides adoption and maintenance; troubleshoots issues; manages client relationships; and documents standards. Required qualifications include at least four years of healthcare IT implementation or consulting experience, two years of Electronic Health Record solution experience, one year of project management experience, strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving abilities, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include workflow design, client workshops, implementation methodologies, testing and validation, regulatory knowledge, and healthcare revenue-cycle or billing experience. The position does not offer work visa sponsorship.
