Metro Credit Union is hiring a Financial Solutions Specialist, Mortgage Workout Specialist to manage past-due mortgage accounts and help members facing financial hardship. The role evaluates borrower circumstances, explains forbearance, repayment plans, loan modifications, and other workout options, documents recommendations, partners with internal and external teams, and supports loss mitigation, member retention, regulatory compliance, and portfolio risk management. It requires at least three years of collections or loss mitigation experience, knowledge of collections laws and mortgage servicing requirements, strong communication and judgment, and comfort with mortgage servicing platforms. The role follows a hybrid schedule with a minimum three-day in-office standard and pays $26.00–$36.00 per hour, or approximately $54,000–$74,000 annually.
