Superior Choice Credit Union is hiring a Financial Specialist to provide branch service, assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, account openings, and other financial transactions, guide members through account and loan processes, recommend products and services, answer questions, resolve concerns, build member relationships, and maintain compliance with credit union policies and regulations. The role requires one to three years of experience in banking, finance, customer service, sales, or a related field, along with strong communication, relationship-building, accuracy, confidentiality, computer, and teamwork skills.
