PayPay is hiring a Finance Strategy professional to lead capital policy, capital market fundraising, M&A, and investment opportunities. The role involves deal sourcing, due diligence, contract negotiations, valuation, deal promotion, and coordination with legal, accounting, tax, financial, and credit-rating stakeholders. It is a full-time hybrid position based in Tokyo, requiring approximately twice weekly attendance at the Yotsuya office, and offers an annual salary determined by experience, skills, performance, and contribution, along with social insurance and a company-type defined contribution pension plan.
