Description
Adyen is hiring a Financial Support Analyst to support merchants and commercial teams with financial and treasury-platform issues. The role involves communicating with merchants and internal finance, product, account management, and development teams; advising merchants on platform value; analyzing pain points; and helping improve or build financial products. The position requires at least three years of experience in financial products within banking or fintech, strong finance and analytical skills, commercial communication ability, decision-making under pressure, and advanced Excel proficiency. It is based in Adyen’s Chicago office with an office-first expectation of working in-office at least three days per week and offers an annual base salary of $80,000 to $105,000 plus equity, retirement, and health, dental, and vision benefits.
