Brightspeed is hiring a Financial Systems Analyst to serve as the liaison between Finance, business operations, and IT, translating financial and operational requirements into scalable system solutions. The role supports production issues, root-cause analysis, reconciliations, data integrity, SAP S/4HANA GRC access monitoring, business requirements, process improvement, cross-functional project delivery, testing, and user acceptance testing. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or information systems field and 5–10 years of experience as a Financial Systems Analyst or in a similar technology-driven role, including operational accounting, SAP Finance key-user experience, project management, financial systems integration, and cross-functional program delivery.
