The Exploration Company is hiring a Financial Systems Business Partner to own financial system automation and master data governance, with Odoo as the financial backbone. The role combines finance, engineering, and enterprise systems work to design, improve, automate, and operate financial workflows across projects, departments, and legal entities, while maintaining master data quality and supporting integrations and digitalisation initiatives. Candidates need hands-on ERP experience, financial systems or finance transformation experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and preferably Odoo, SQL, data modelling, and programming expertise.
