Description
Niam is seeking a Financing Associate to support its financing team across the investment cycle, including analysis and structuring, execution, follow-up, lender presentations, portfolio evaluation, and relationship development with banks and other lenders. The role requires a relevant degree in finance, economics, real estate, or an equivalent field, 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, financial analysis and modeling skills, knowledge of loan processes and agreements, and fluency in Swedish and English.
