Description
The restructuring consultant supports restructuring projects by independently handling parts of projects, creating liquidity plans and integrated long-term models, analyzing crisis causes, business models, and financing structures, collaborating with lawyers, preparing reports for clients and stakeholders, and leading junior team members. The role requires relevant finance and controlling experience, preferably in restructuring, a relevant university degree, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and fluent German and English. It is a full-time position starting immediately in Munich, with a fixed-and-variable compensation package and development opportunities.
