The role involves responding to complex bookkeeping inquiries, training clients on the system, resolving accounting and operational issues, performing back-office tasks, and collaborating with service and support teams. Applicants must hold a Type 3 bookkeeping certificate, have at least three years of double-entry bookkeeping experience through trial balance, have hands-on experience with FinBot, and demonstrate strong technological aptitude, service orientation, independence, and user-support skills.
