Flik Hospitality is hiring a Fine Dining Operations Director to lead operations at an upscale dining establishment and serve as the primary contact for the client. The role oversees front-of-house and back-of-house operations, manages and develops staff, drives profitability and safety, conducts audits, handles escalations, and ensures compliance with health, fire, and company policies. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least three years of management experience, and at least five years of fine dining operations leadership experience, along with strong leadership, client relations, food-cost, inventory, HACCP, and POS skills. The position offers a $100,000–$105,000 salary plus a 10% bonus and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and life insurance.
