Description
The Fine Grading Laborer assists with earthwork, roadway, and fine grading operations on construction sites. Responsibilities include fine grading, excavation, site leveling, surface preparation, compaction, setting grade stakes, measuring elevations, operating hand tools and small construction equipment, and following grading specifications. The role requires outdoor work in varying weather, physical activity including lifting up to 150 pounds with assistance, and adherence to safety and OSHA requirements. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, while prior grading, excavation, or construction experience is a plus.
