Description
The Finesse Technician performs final visual inspection and surface correction of painted vehicle bodies after the clearcoat process. The role identifies and classifies paint defects, executes spot sanding, polishing, and buffing, verifies repair quality, escalates unreparable defects, supports audits and continuous improvement, and maintains safety, tool care, and production standards. Candidates need 2–3 years of automotive paint-finish or repair experience, mandatory clearcoat inspection and correction experience, and the ability to work shifts.
