Walter Lilly is hiring a permanent, full-time Finishing Manager to oversee finishing and close-out activities across multiple buildings at a major science and technology development in Windlesham. The role coordinates subcontractors and finishing trades, manages snagging and quality inspections, supports pre-handover inspections and client demonstrations, monitors progress, and assists with successful project handovers. Candidates should have previous experience in finishing management, site management, or a similar role, along with knowledge of finishing trades, quality management, and snagging processes, plus a CSCS card and site management qualifications.
