The role operates finishing equipment such as straighteners, saws, and furnaces; blows plugs, rand bright, and swirl; performs pickling and passivation; uses measuring equipment; and supports quality, safety, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities. A high school diploma or GED is required, while previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
