Avery Dennison is hiring a Finishing Operator for a second-shift, Monday-through-Friday role from 3:20 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The position handles packaging slit rolls, operating manual packaging lines, cutting cores, banding, sorting, labeling, inspecting finished goods, coordinating with other departments, tracking orders, maintaining a safe and clean work area, and supporting equipment maintenance and continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of relevant manufacturing experience, MFG Pro transactional skills, a Lift Truck Operator’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
