Description
The Finishing Operator will operate finishing machinery, monitor print quality, pack completed outdoor advertising campaigns, record job information, and meet finishing, packing, and dispatch deadlines. The role is based in the Finishing Dispatch department and runs Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Candidates need strong communication, preparation, and unsupervised-work skills; prior finishing-machinery experience and print-substrate knowledge are advantageous, while a forklift licence is desirable. The employer offers hybrid working arrangements subject to the role, along with training, leave, and bonus or OTE programs.
