The company is hiring a full-time Finishing Operator in the Veurne region to perform sanding, coloring, and finishing work; prepare materials and workstations; monitor immersion times, temperatures, and drying cycles; conduct quality checks; support the Lead Finishing with planning and documentation; handle chemicals and machinery safely; follow SOPs; and assist with testing new finishes. The role requires practical craftsmanship, technical skill, attention to detail, accuracy, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Training is provided in the Brussels region, with the company covering hotel and expenses.
